VOUCHER HOLDERS:

When booking online, you'll receive intake forms that will have a section for you to put your redemption code. 

Starting June 1, 2026 I will no longer be accepting Groupon vouchers. If you have scheduled an appt prior, it will still be accepted.

PLEASE BE SURE INTAKE FORMS ARE FILLED OUT PRIOR TO YOUR APPT. ..OR WE CAN NOT START UNTIL THEY ARE. If you need to fill out intake time of appt, whatever time is available after completion is what you’ll receive.
